You should try and get fruit and vegetables in your diet since they’re excellent for you. Your body needs their minerals and vitamins. Eat five pieces of fruit or veg per day. You can choose ‘em – oranges, squash, apples, tomatoes . . . whatever your want. It’s not too tough!

It’s essential to eat your meals in a slow manner since it can take your brain roughly 20 minutes to realize you’re full up. We’ve all been there; we consume a large platter of food, a meal onto itself, but we’re not at all full so we get something more to eat. Then after another 10 minutes they feel utterly stuffed.
